Personal Yoga Instruction
An appointment is scheduled when convenient for you at your residence or business. All equipment is supplied including yoga mats, supports and bolsters.
Each session will involve the fundamentals of yoga including a warm up series, breathing techniques and correct alignment of the postures, including personal adjustments, to develop and enhance your personal practice. The experience will conclude with a deep relaxation session, a method of complete mental, physical and emotional repose. The practice creates a state of conscious awareness with incredible calmness, quietness and clarity that can be described as a state of ‘mind’ between wakefulness and dream.

Hatha Yoga is the practice of asanas, or postures, and, with the breath, can help to discover a place of centeredness within ourselves. Yoga can help us to understand the intimate relationship between the body and the mind.
Yoga as a practice can assist us to value the stillness we find within the postures and, by moving into this stillness, we can achieve a relaxed, clear and centered state.
This is a personal journey. There is no judgment, no competition. Learning to be where we find ourselves in the present moment.
